Upgrade fan to electronic speed control - 2006 T@B

I have a 2006 T@B with a three speed control for the roof vent. I would like to upgrade just the controls to electronic speed control to minimize the current draw on the battery. What do I need to purchase and where can I get it? What physical modifications does it require?

While I do not know what brand fan yr-2006 used, most likely it is nearly the same as the fan referenced in this forum discussion.
