If your corner steady's (leveling jacks) are squeaky, squawking, grinding, growling, gritty, or otherwise hard to lower and raise you may have a worm block nut issue. Mine only made some noise - not excessive - but still fell apart during recent use.
New worm block nut next to old damaged one.
Lubricating the corner steady's with every use is highly advisable, the pivot points (all four) as well as the worm drive rod.

Thanks to @Mouseketab for having the link to purchase the replacement worm block nuts.
CARAVAN - ALKO CORNER STEADY - Worm Block – For Corner Steady Leg – 20 mm -1177 | eBay
May also be able to order directly from the supplier along with other more DM T@B and AL-KO parts.
Alko Corner Steady - Worm Block – For Corner... — Caratech
CAUTION - do not use an impact type drill to raise and lower your corner steady's, excessive force may cause damage.
A regular cordless drill at slow speed should be OK.
I always used the included hand crank and still ended up with destroyed worm block nuts, beware of excessive force ! ! !
