Any suggestions on how to protect the built in solar panel on our tab 400 2021
from potential hail damage when not parked inside?

Yoga pad strapped across the top?  I lost a couple sets of panels to hail until I got better at watching the Wx forecast and strapping a panel down. But I used to live in North TX in an area that got more hail than average.

There is a newer but $$$ bulletproof flexible panel brand, Merlin, that allegedly might stand up to hail much better... if you happen to lose your factory panel to a round of 3" hail.

I’m more worried about the roof being damaged than the solar. Wish they had a fiberglass or composite roof instead of aluminum.

@Doobs - although easier on our 320, you can cover the roof/panels with a large, light weight RV rug.
