The VIN would be located on the left side (driver’s side) of the tongue and on a sticker on the same side on the body.
If this is a 2011, it would have been in the first group manufactured by Pleasant Valley Teardrop, after Dutchman (DM) stopped manufacturing them.

There was an active Yahoo group for many years, and that group recently was "ported" over to this website. Still a very active community. Plenty of info on those years of trailers.
Some times, when searching for trailer topics, it might be easier to search for "2011" or years near there for information on older trailers. Sometimes, yes, there are a lot of vehicles that show up in the search, but if you look closely there should be plenty of returns.
Here is a google search for "2011 DM" and you can see what I mean.
