Hi, is a 50-55 psi water pressure regulator ok to use for T@b 400? I replaced my original one and didn't notice until I went to install new one that old one says 40-50psi and new one says 50-55 psi. I know max PSI is supposed to be 50.
Maximum 50 psi really means maximum 50 psi. I think you’ll need to return the new water regulator and get one that is maximum 50 psi.
I’m thinking of all the little water leaks owners have had over the years and I sure wouldn’t want you to start experiencing a little leak here, another over there, etc.

You may consider replacing this Camco 40058 water pressure regulator. It has a 45 psi factory preset pressure. However, it has a 45 psi factory preset pressure. However, you can lessen the pressure to a more consistent and safer 40-50 psi.
RV plumbing systems can only withstand 40 to 50 PSI, rendering them prone to damage from any water pressure greater than 60 PSI. RV parks and campgrounds have varied water pressures in their water supply. So having a water pressure regulator is necessary for RV.
