tire size

Complete noobies here...  We bought our very first TT, a 2015 T@B in great condition and a reasonable price. The tires, however, are apparently original factory tires dated 2014. I am considering changing these to the GY Endurance tires shortly due to age. The owners' manual states that the factory tires are ST205/75R14 and gives tire pressures for them. Our T@B has same brand but ST205/75R15.  My noobie question is -
what are the pros and cons of having the larger tires? Is there any reason to go back to 14"?

    Big Welcome to the T@B Family.

    In general the 320 model trailers have 14-inch wheels on the 'standard axle' models and 15-inch wheels on the [old name] Outback Edition now called a Boondock.  The Outback/Boondock have a higher pitch torsion axle that provides additional ground clearance.

    Believe the 15-inch tires (R15) will not fit on a standard axle trailer as the tires will rub.
    If your trailer has R15 tires installed now you should go ahead and get R15 replacements; IMHO.
    To change to R14 would require purchasing new wheels as well as tires.

    {manual information is most likely based on 'standard axle' trailer model}
