Your project got me thinking. I also hate those cheep hard plastic wheels. The pneumatic was not quite right for my need either. I did find a 6" direct replacement hard rubber actually poly wheel with ball bearing axel. Thanks your project helped be find an answer to a problem I did not even know I had.
@Dalehelman, How long a bolt did it require for the install of all 3 wheels! Nyloc nut also? (Might have to get a temporary lift on my Harbor Freight restriction! ) Would sure make pushin' the T@B back beside the garage a LOT easier on the gravel!

I saw the blue ones at Harbor Freight and they are rated at 350 pounds. I wonder what the original is rated at. Then there was the no-flat pneumatic, but only rated for (250lbs). What is the advantage of the 3 wheels? Also does one type roll that much better?

These three wheel are all the same. The middle one is just an older one.
