Inline Fuse on Battery Positive to Charge Controllers??

Hopefully a quick question... We have a 400 with 200watts of flexible Renogy panels installed on the roof our tab running to Renogy Rover Elite. I have an inline fuse on the positive side of the panel coming into the controller. I just added a SAE port on the side of our under storage and a 100watt Suitcase with extension cables. I ran this to a Renogy Adventurer controller with another positive inline fuse coming in to the controller. I have the bluetooth 1 connected to the adventurer and the bluetooth 2 connected to the rover. I was hoping to use the communication hub to link my panels up but it wasn't compatible with the adventurer. Do I need fuses on the positive battery cables? Also, anyone have a better bluetooth set up?
