Glycol Gradually Getting Lower

I’ve noticed that my glycol is gradually getting lower in my reservoir. When we first picked it up in May it was right at the “min” level. Last week I noticed it was about an 1/8” below the “min” line. Today I noticed it was 1/4” below that line. We haven’t used the heat much until this past weekend where it got a good workout. 

Has anybody else noticed gradual drops in their levels? I don’t see any leaks.

The glycol is "about" half water.  Besides a little "sloshing" around in the tank a little, it basically can just evaporate.

Also, sometimes the glycol can displace the air.  Just add more and monitor.

Yeah. I’m wondering if it just hadn’t worked itself through the system completely. Have a gallon of glycol on order as well.

My alde uses several fluid ounces every 3 or 4 months, but I used heat and hot water everyday. A little heat at night and hot water in the morning (I live in my 400) I bought a gallon of gylcol in February and top off the reservoir every few months.

@jimcenname That's good to know. We've used it around 20 nights so far so maybe it's just low because of that.
