2021 T@B 400 Battery Not Charging

Some background - there was a power outage at the campground I was at. I was already planning on being away from my camper for about a day and a half so I ended up just turning off the battery because I was worried about it being drained if the power didn't come back on while I was away. The power did end up coming back on but now the battery isn't charging even though I'm hooked up to power? It actually looks like it's going down so I ended up turning it off again. 

Any ideas why it isn't charging and going down even though I'm hooked up to power? It looks like it might have even gone down even though it's turned off so could it be the sensor isn't accurate?

Do you have 120V working in the trailer ? The power outage might have tripped the breaker in the connection box, or campground personnel might have turned it off to lower the startup load when power comes back. 
Next, check the breakers inside the trailer. I don't have a 400 but i know it has some sort of gizmo that shows all sorts of battery info. What is the battery voltage ?

How are you  monitoring your battery?  Multimeter?  Victron app (if you have solar.)  The interior "battery display" can show you many misleading readouts.    If your 12V (battery) power is working, and you don't think the battery is charging, then the things to check would be the circuit breakers as Grumpy_G says. Look inside the converter.  In the 400 you have a special "Gloso" circuit breaker that might need to be reset if there have been some fluctuations in the trailer. (If 12V power is working, this might not be an issue)  Look around in your battery compartment for an electrical device with yellow highlights.  There is a picture in this thread:

This is the fuse to look for in the converter if there are no breakers off: the 30 amp one marked "battery charger".

I would start back at the pedestal, is the switch flipped to on?
Second, hopefully you have an EMS or other surge protector plugged in, is it on and operating normally?
Third, is the light on the electrical cord lit, where it plugs into trailer?
Fourth, is the converter running?
Lastly, on the 320's we have a fuse at the battery, but per pthomas above, you may have something different to look for in the compartment.
