Approximate time it would take to put in new thermocouple & interrupter

During my travels this summer, the "lovely" 3-way fridge (2016 320) wouldn't work on propane (no matter how level I was). In Oregon I took it to the T@B dealer in Portland (Apache). They determined it needs a new thermocouple & interrupter. Parts are cheap and if I was here longer I'd have them do it but I'm leaving tomorrow. They are going to send the parts to the (NEW) Tom's Camperland in Tucson (yea!) and I'll have the labor done there. Would anyone who has done this please tell me how much time this might take? I wouldn't think more than an hour - ??? Thanks.

I am having similar issues,  boondocking in quartzite and about to attempt repair . I’m guessing just removal of the unit is 1/2 -1hr
