Running Compressed Air Through Alde

During my winterization process I ran 40psi of air through my system by setting the nautilus to “city water” and opening each valve one at a time. After doing this I realized that “winterize” mode is the more favorable setting because it bypasses the Alde. Considering how delicate the Alde seems to be have I done any harm running compressed air through it?

No, in fact most RV water pressure regulators are in the 40-50 psi range. Plus there is an overpressure valve near the Alde unit. It works, a friend accidentally tested it ...

I think you did the right thing.  Bypass is useful to prevent damage to stainless steel components from bleach when sanitizing, or if you want to avoid using antifreeze in the Alde, but no harm for blowing it out.  I do it that way.
