How do you create a For Sale Ad?

Please tell me how to create a For Sale AD.  I don't see any active icon that will allow me to create an AD.

There is nothing special about a for sale ad. Just create a new discussion in the appropriate category. However, before doing so, please review the guidelines for selling and buying.
