(The cooling Fan - not that I am yet a fan of the fridge)
The Norcold manual instructs us to disconnect the wire which supplies the fan prior to long term (seasonal) storage. I did not do so. With the battery disconnect switch in the OFF position, I am not sure why pulling the wire is needed. Could it be that the Low Current 12 volt line which supplies the fan does bypass the battery switch?
I note from the wiring diagram that the fan may be the only thing powered by the 12V DC-LC line.
Debating whether to uncover and locate the wire and disconnect. As the fan is thermostatically controlled, it is unlikely to come on during an upstate NY winter.
