Need Storage advice due to HOA restrictions

I plan to buy T@B S.  It will be my first RV.  I heard that HOA has trailer restrictions and the T@B is too high to fit inside my garage.

Do you people put in storage? Or putting a cover will not cause issue with standard HOA restriction?
Like to know if I have to put in storage, what are the things I need to pay attention to, logistics, and reasonable pricing.

Minimum door height for inside storage unit 96".  T@B is 89" with standard roof vent.

Mine is in a locked 12x25 storage unit when not on the road.

Normally it would run 120 but I got the deal of a lifetime @60/month.  Nice clean safe and secure as well as out of the weather.

12 x 20 unit with doors on each end.  $90 per month.  All paved area with security fence, with 24 hour key code access.
