Towing 320 CSS with Wrangler JLU

Because I tow our 2021 Tab 320 CSS with a 2021 Wrangler JLU there are some limitations with regard to max tow weight and tongue weight compared to more capable tow vehicles such as pickup trucks. In creating the Excel based table shown below I address the major tow variables of both the tow vehicle and the TaB 320.  On the Wrangler the limits are 3,500 lbs GW and 350 lbs tongue weight. However, because the GVWR of the Tab is 2,900 lbs, the 3,500 lb. limits doesn’t come into play.  I prepared an a la carte menu of cargo items and then assigned these items to either the TV or the TaB.  I didn’t include the cargo menu in this message, but the table does include the cargo accumulations for both the TV and TaB.  The study result indicates how cargo might be reallocated from one vehicle to the other to optimize loading and tongue weight.

Should anyone find that I’ve made a mistake in my assumptions I’d appreciate the feedback.
