Prices for used 2021 400 Boondock

I’m looking at a lightly used 2021 T@B 400 Boondock (2 trips) and I’m having a hard time determining what a good price would be. I’ve seen threads here on what people paid for their 2021’s but most of those prices were pre-pandemic. And now as you’ve probably noticed prices are higher than they we’re just 2 years ago.  I’ve also looked at RVTrader, etc. to get an idea but asking prices differ from actual sale prices. 

The trailer is pretty standard, microwave, solar on the roof, etc.  They are including a cover, bike rack, and misc. hoses, etc.  I would include the asking price but I don’t want to bias the results. 😊

I’d appreciate any ballpark prices/guesses that you’d care to offer.

I paid $34,390 for a brand new Standard 2022 400 this past February. The Boondock was less than $1000 more. I bought mine from Juniata Vally RV in Mifflintown PA. I've bought three T@bs from them.  Ask for Rick and say you were referred by Robyn Eller.
