Tab 400 Bath Door Hinges

Anyone have a how to on adjustment of the bath door hinges on a Tab 400? One of the screws is an eccentric from moving the hinge side of the door closer or further away from the wall, not seeing what that other adjustment screw is for? Is that just to tighten the position down once adjusted with the eccentric screw? Anyone know the name of this style of hinge? This started because a noise developed, I needed to move the bottom corner of the door further away from the wall as it was dragging on the plastic door edge trim, all quite now, but now trying to fine tune the adjustment
