2021 T@B 320CSS shower faucet

I've searched here and elsewhere and have come up empty.  The shower faucet on my 2021 T@B 320CSS has developed a leak that I am not able to stop.  Coming from the faucet housing - not the plumbing.  I tried to tighten what I presume is the gland and that is already quite tight.
Any one here had to replace the cartridge for theirs?  If not has anyone replaced the entire unit?
Haven't been able to find anyone that has done anything with this model year. 
Hoping to hear back - no water in the camper until I get this fixed.
I will reach out to the dealer on Monday and NuCamp as well, hoping to get in front of it with this group though.
