2022 Nucamp Tab Air8 error Code EO1

On my way to Alaska, I will be entering on Canada Sunday so not close to a dealer . 92 today and I have no air. Getting Error code E01. Used the reset number for fan 8699 as explained and followed directions and now get -9.9. Bummer just starting my trip 5 days in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. FYI, air never worked.

HI,  Here is the email for Elwell if you don't get an answer or work it out.  I have emailed them a bunch of times with questions.  Pretty good response time, but with the weekend, it may take a bit more time.  Good luck

Just some WAG suggestions while you wait on Elwell to respond.

1)  Have you seen the thread:

      Above thread suggests First running Air8 in Fan Only Mode before selecting Cooling Mode

2)  If FAN did not get reset to Continuous Mode, you might try resetting it a second time.

3)  Since ERROR 1 is a "(cabin) Return Air Sensor Failure:
     -  Pop cover on Air8 and confirm all wire connectors are well seated
     -  Confirm any user access Filters are clean
     -  Confirm nothing is blocking the cabin air return flow into the Air8 space
         or jammed against the cabin air input side.
