Window Shade 2021 Tab 320S

Window shade string has come out of rail.  Not broken but becomes too taut to get back in - can get one side but then the other comes loose. Any suggestions/fixes?  The two little white tabs which hold string in place in the front look like the answer, but don't want to risk breaking them if there is a better way.  TIA
