Warranty? 2021 Tab400 blinds binding, from start

   Our 2021 Tab 400 blinds (shades & screens) have never worked smoothly.    Binding, catching sides, pleats smashing.   Seems as though they are rubbing sides excessively.   Front window grey side strips fell-out.  Removed kitchen window, took inside house, tried to tighten strings.....already tight, and could see screen rubbing hard on side.  Seems the screen is "glued" too far to that side.
      ....how to proceed?   Dealer basically said blinds were finicky.

You should contact your TaB dealer to get a warranty claim going

Did not have these issues with ours, front window fly screen just needs to be lifted slowly to allow it to stack.
How about take some pictures to allow comparison with others on the forum if you don't have a 400 nearby to help your dealer / nuCamp discussions?
