2014 T@B retrofit 😕

Hey everyone. I’m wondering if anyone can give me some direction. We broke a window on our 2014 T@B 320. We ordered a window through a dealer and I was going to install it myself, but this looks like the window on the newer t@bs. They’re telling me it has to be retrofitted. Has anyone done this? I’m very handy, but even the inside latches are in a different place. I’m very disappointed. Any help would be appreciated.
