Removal Of Rear Rack On 2022 T@BS

I was trying to figure out how to remove the rack from the back of our 2022 T@B 320S and in researching the forum it is said that "remove the Jensen speaker and the nut can be found."  Well, I removed the Jensens speakers and no nut there.  "The only nut was the one looking behind the speaker."  
I cannot find the nuts that retain the rack on this 2022 model,   There has to be some way to find and hold the retaining nut while someone is removing the bolt from the outside of the T@B.  Has anyone with a 2022 model 320S discovered the illusive nuts?
