    My first thoughts are the app is really well designed and I was really surprised at the functionality built into v1 of the app.

    They don't but they have a TON of FAQs and support articles. The forum has it's use, but it can be tough for new people to sort through the differing opinions and the pages it takes to get an answer at times.
