What if... a place for privately generated Service Bulletins was available and managed?

It would be very clean if a Discussion group labeled Service Bulletins could be created that any thread once it digresses from the problem / resolution phase gets the following summary put into. Note with a caveat of "READER BEWARE" not officially sanctioned!

Reason for being: Lacking NuCamp having a division to create many service bulletins this forum becomes the collector. This is a thought as I don't know how to separate them otherwise.  Maybe as the thread progresses a moderator could update a link and limit it to specifics that they collect from the thread (and factory) and reference the main contributor:

The convector corrosion issue is one where there was a good attempt at this to limit (many) pages of speculation. Anyway this was a breakfast/coffee train of thought...

Problem identified: Fasteners breaking and in more than very limited cases.  Clearly there was a limited problem and nice to know it wasn't directly NuCamp's fault.
Inspection: Includes pics and have the steps identified on how is this inspected. Currently a bit vague
Resolution: Fix (s), shown with a conventional bolt nut (specifics?): fortunately this solution seems readily done

Rabbit hole: "The thread" In this case continues the topic for speculation on correct application for the fastener, complexity of install, cost... various ways to resolve it...
