Two questions before I order a new T@b Max U?

I have two questions on a new 2016 before I order.
1. A/C -I have been reading issues with the a/c unit not venting enough. Is this only a issue for the top mounted a/c?  Would this be a non issue with a 2016.
2. Warm fridge. Would the 2016 come with the new exhaust fan or would that be something I would need to install?

    1. Already taken care of by the factory. A vent goes through the roof with a 12V fan pulling the hot air out of the cabinet.  
    2. Already taken care of at the factory. The vent fan will already be installed on the 3-way fridges inside the cabin.
