Well... not quite. By the time we left home and headed the 200 miles to where we are, it was getting late... and it started to rain. I had been crossing my fingers that the awning I ordered with the T@b would have arrived, but no. I made a valiant attempt to behin hooking up my li'l Coleman fold and go to the 20 pounder, but the rain made it a drag. So... test out the inside stove and the new nesting cookware. What's the quickest in our pack of goodies? Yep: Good old fashioned 'L and A" steaks. At least the company made it grand (and Yuengling's 'Summer Wheat'."

Coffee is brewing, and after a night of fine air conditioned comfort, we awoke to a nice 60 degree morning. Vent open, window cracked... time to greet the day.

We are checking out the Ohio/PA "Tearjerkers" rally... to see some smaller, many customized teardrop trailers.

If the weather holds, grilling will be done!

Lunch was mo' betta. I have to say, that Coleman Fold N Go is a keeper. We ran it hooked up to the main tank, as described above, it it worked flawlessly. We'll be using it at home, too!

Sorry to be "hogging" the forum with this food thread, but truth is we are truly, madly, deeply into our T@b, and it is proving itself a winner on this trip.

You're too funny!  Here's a mental picture of me last weekend:  One Cuisinart grill; two steaks; one boyfriend holding the umbrella over me while I am grilling!!!  Hey, whatever it takes, right?  At least we had a warm T@B to retreat to for dinner & a movie. :x

It has prompted me to secure a canopy for the front of the T@b. The way we set up our basecamp, was the T@b, then a gap, then the Jeep parked sideways. I reckon with the awning on the side, and the canopy out front... we should be good to go!
P.s. 10-4 on the steaks, good buddy... the skies were clear Saturday night! Whoo hoo!

LOL, LA, at the canned cuisine!

I'm excited... my canopy came today, which will be in full effect this weekend. I'm crossing my fingers that my visor XL will arive by this weekend as well.

This will no doubt have a most positive impact. I'm also bringing a li'l crockpot. (Yes, it's all about the grubbin'!)

My favorite yummy camping meal is a pork chop or a chicken breast on the grill along with a foil pack filled with vegies! YUM

We did manage to get our canopy in action. I'm pleased with it. I'm still waiting on my visor XL to arrive. I expect it's being lovingly handcrafted from the finest silks. Anyhoo, we weren't rained out from grillin' despite the rain this past weekend:

Sweet!!!!  I just ordered the PahaQue 10 x 10 Cottonwood XLT (after much research).  I do think a shelter or canopy is an important add-on in order to enjoy being outdoors even if the weather is less than desirable.  Did you already have the canopy before T@B:)>-
