We are from the Yukon and reached out to Truma/Alde re Canadian Rhomar dealers. There are none and the cost of the new glycol was quoted as $332 Can for 3 gallons but shipping was quoted as $200 from the US to a dealer in BC and up to us. A very small portion of the shipping bill was for a new expansion tank, which cracked at the bottom where the hose comes out to the Alde. Unfortunate, as my partner had done an amazing job of putting in new glycol of the older Century fluid a few days earlier. It was fine without leaks till we hit a rough road to a remote campsite and noticed the glycol leaking down the back rear of the T@B. We decided that we would just change out the tank presently as the cost of shipping the glycol is very high. The Alaska dealer we were told to contact by NuCamp (only 1000 miles away) had not heard of the Rhomar and I don't think they had ever worked on the Alde system. I did contact an Ontario dealer who had the Rhomar but they were supplied with the new Rhomar because some of the newer trailers sent to Canada were using the older Century fluid. NuCamp had shipped the Rhomar up to them so they could change the new trailers to the new Rhomar. They would not sell any to me. I understand the issue with the possible damage to the Alde but the cost is extremely high. Amazon does not sell it and it is frustrating. We decided to drain the remaining Century fluid that had just been changed out of the trailer and into the new empty containers it came in and combine that with the newly purchased left over Century fluid and put that back in the Alde for now. Hopefully Truma/Alde will start to make ift available in Canada at a more reasonable price soon. Let us know if you find any in your area. We have contacted the BC and AK NuCamp service centres to no avail. Thanks

@Yukon. Same thing in Quebec. It either cost an arm and a leg or makes you HAVE to learn to do it, which I will probably do with the fantastic help of this forum. I can't believe the low availability of service techs who know the Alde enough to do the job or do actual repairs of it in Canada. Scary !

Hello, I just purchased 3 gallons of Glycol Alde Rhomard at $63.00 each,
plus delivery from Terry's Trailer Service Owen Sound, ON (excellent service)
and like you I will make the change myself, with the help of this forum, we are often better served by ourselves.
As I mentioned before, the dealer I consulted never gives me the right information about the glycol he uses
and even advises me to wait 5 years before having my glycol changed because it is a model Tab 320 S 2021,
I don't think he understood anything..
