I bought a 2014 T@B from some folks who had never really used it. The Alde heater would not come on; put new fuses in it since one was blown - but then discovered that the wiring harness that plugs into the controller (the simple, manual controller - not the electronic version) under the stove was not connected - just laying on the shelf. The harness has 7 fewer female slots than there are pins on the controller to push them into. So, I have no idea which pins it should go into. I have actually tried it in every position, verified the fuses were still good, and the breaker on - but none of the positions resulted in firing the Alde up when the switches were moved to the correct position. Does anyone have a 2014 or close model, with the manual control for the Alde, that you could take a picture of what pins the harness is connected into (you will have to remove the plastic cover over the harness on the inside of the cabinet under the stove). Or just describe it to me - for example, the left edge of the harness connects to the far left pin, or the however it is connected. At least then I will know the controller is correctly connected and can begin from there to try to diagnose why it won't come on. Jimmy Wolf, Topeka KS
