Nautilus Issue

New 2023 Tab 400 Boondock. First time out with it. Was trying to run the de-winterize procedure. Got to the step where valves are put in dry camping configuration, turned on pump per procedure to sanitize the system and all it did was pump water from the fresh water tank out the water fill port on the nautilus. The yellow poppet valves under the bed panel are in the down position. Anybody have this issue?

Dry camping settings only bring water out from the fresh water tank. The check valve in the pump is preventing the water coming in from the city water connection from entering the plumbing.  Look closely at the Nautilus manual again and find the setting for "Sanitizing".
    What "instructions" are you using?

Will definitely read the nautilus manual. I built a checklist in Microsoft ToDo from the dewinterize tech video from NuCamp. Nothing from the video on a pump check valve. Thanks for the welcome and the reply.

Did you resolve this issue and what were the steps? I'm having a similar problem but when turning on the pump it pushes out the overflow

@danwrona Can you be specific?  "Pushes out the overflow" could mean the fresh water tank overflow, or one of  the low point drains, or the city water connection. Where exactly is the water coming from?  What are you trying to do with the trailer? (Sanitize, de winterize, etc?)
What year and model trailer do you have?
