Front window outside black edge bubbling/warping

Hi All,

Our trailer is a 2022 TAB 400 Boondock and we have discovered bubbling/warping along the bottom of the outside black edge on the front dinette window. Our trailer is less that a year old and this has occurred. Our dealer contacted the manufacturer and they will replace the window, but will not cover labour cost, because they claim it is due to heat... 

First, we live in Canada, not Mexico!

Second, it's less than a year old and it wasn't very hot here last summer.

Third, the rest of the windows and even the sides and top edge of the front window are fine, so it seems to me that would indicate a defect with the bottom of the front window and not a heat issue.........

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue? If so, was it fixed?

Here is a picture looking up at the bottom of the front dinette window. It's hard to capture in photos, but you definitely feel the bubbling/warping when you run your fingers along the bottom of the window. 




It's so frustrating because it's a beautiful little trailer and we want to keep it that way.
