Rubber seal on top of 2017 Tab 320S

We are prepping for a two month road trip and I have these concerns.  See attached pics. In the first photo which is on top of the trailer, the plastic has cracked and the screw is no longer holding it in place.  In the second photo, the screw is only holding the bottom part of the plastic in place.

How do I "tighten" up the plastic and/or the rubber piece?

The third photo is actually the back of the trailer and I wasn't able to rotate it.  But the same problem exists here - the rubber seems to be too loose.

Any advice?

We had the same issue at the top location. Because it's not visible, I pulled it together and used a stainless fender washer. So far it's holding well.

Thanks so much for the pic.  It looks as though the screw is only attached to the plastic piece.  Is that correct?

@LizAnn. It goes through the plastic into the frame. I used a slightly longer screw to get enough engagement. I also put silicone sealer down the hole to prevent water penetration.
