2018 Tab 400. I’ve looked through my manual but didn’t find the answer.  Any clue what this item I’m pointing at is?  It’s near my inverter outlet.

It's a GPS tracker - - TrackR Bravo.  Simple to an Apple AirTag.  I don't know anything about how good it is, but quickly found it with a Google Reverse Image search.
