Norcold 2-way fridge smell

Hi. Our fridge has suddenly begun to stink. We took everything out, cleaned it, and put everything back with a charcoal odor absorbing bag but every time we open it there’s still a mysterious stench.

When things like this happen at out seasonal cabin, it's often a dead mouse somewhere. 
Possibly something in your fridge cabinetry?
