Norcold no heat coming off the vent…

3 way norcold, 2018 320S almost perfectly level, shore power turned on, 20 amp breaker is not tripped, battery is new, and plenty of amps, 13.8 on the battery per the volt meter, after a few hours, no heat coming off the heat vent…certainly no cooling, yes frig set to coldest.

    Have you selected Propane (gas) or 120VAC Electric as your Fridge heat-source mode ?

    Does the Fridge display/control panel agree with an indicator light for your selected heat-source?

    Is the fridge cold?  I do not think you will get noticeable heat coming from the vent whilst running on AC shore power to cool the fridge.  B)
    The vents are mainly used when cooling the fridge with gas.

    Then it sounds like the fridge is not working on AC?  Check your control panel to make sure AC power is selected.

    The basic function of the fridge is to use heat to generate a cooling effect through thermal phase change of ammonia from liquid to gas. So regardless of heat source there should always be some warmth/heat noticeable at the condenser. If the whole pipe contraption stays cold it means the heat source isn't working, simple as that.

    In case of AC or DC power this could be the fuse/breaker has tripped or the heating element itself has failed. For propane mode the causes are a little more complex but the flame indicator will tell if gas mode works or not.

    Fuse/breakers are not tripped, i pulled and checked all fuses, breaker not tripped.

    Since the 120VAC Indicator Lamp is working (On) we know the Fridge is getting power and the 'Mode Selector' Knob is working.

    The most likely failure points will be:
      1 -  T-Stat (thermostat) unit or
      2 -  The AC Heaters itself

    Easiest method for isolating the failure point is to remove the propane stove top and measure the AC Voltages.

    Does the T-Stat Output { terminal 3 } have about the same voltage value as the input side { terminal 4 }

    If answer is No, T-Stat is bad
    If answer is Yes, Heater Element is bad or there is a wire connection issue between the T-Stat and Heater.

    So, no heat detected from the Norcold outside vent, no sign of any heat from 12v, 110AC, nor propane…Suggestions?
