Battery full and working but not for inside the trailer Tab 320S Boondock

Hello! Help! We are prepping for a trip and noted that our battery is full and will power the jack but will not run lights or fridge inside our Tab 320S Boondock.  Can anyone offer help to figure out how to remedy this issue? We don't have power inside our trailer.

    What year?  Is your battery disconnect switch on?  (Different years may not have one.)  Did you check the fuse at the battery?  (The 30 amp fuse in the little holder at the battery).
    And: what device are you using to determine your battery status?  If it is the Victron app, then find the fuse at the battery and check the battery disconnect switch.

    our Tab is 2021. The battery switch is on and green.  Did not check for a fuse at the battery--will check.

    We used the battery to power a tongue jack without issue and the trickle charger shows fully charged.

    Keep checking.  Go back to the trailer, inside the converter, and check the two fuses marked "battery charger" and "battery protection." If you are connected to a "charger", the battery information is only showing you the charging coming in, and not the "actual" status of the battery.  If you have a 2021, you have access to the Victron app which will give you a much clearer picture of your battery status.

    Sweet! Success!!!  Thank you so much!!!  After a recheck, the converter power fuse was out.  We are up and running! :)
