No power on battery

Hi! I just had my fist issue with power in my 2017 Tab 320.  I thought maybe the battery was dead, but the battery charger says it’s ok and fully charged.  When on battery and not connected to shore power, nothing is working.  When connected to shore power, everything works.  The battery connection seems good (not loose).  Would this be a fuse issue, or battery issue or a different problem?  Thanks!

    The battery charger is probably only telling you what the charge going into the battery is.  If the battery was at a low state of charge when you plugged in the "battery charger" you may have blown the fuse at the battery (the one in the little green holder on the positive battery cable).
    Or, one of the fuses in the converter (either the battery charger fuse or the "reverse polarity protection fuse") has blown.

    Do you any separate device that can tell you what the state of charge (voltage) of the battery is?  A multimeter, for example?

    All of the above is possible, issues like this require systematic troubleshooting. Start with the easy things with shore power disconnected: battery voltage, disconnect switch if present, fuses/breakers in positive battery cable near the battery, then fuses in the power center.

    Thanks all!  It was the 30A fuse at the battery.
