Solid Solar Panels on 2021 T@B 320 CSS (non boondock)

I found a way to attach solid solar panels without drilling, glue or suction cups

I used six Renogy solar brackets in an unusual way by attaching them to the two keder rails (three on each side).  I had to drill two holes in the brackets precisely in correlation with the tapped threads (see below).
I also ordered three extruded aluminum beams from 80/20 (8020inc.com)  that were 73 and 1/8 inch long.  I had them tap thread the ends so that I could mount the brackets to the beams.  The beams each have six slots which accept nuts that slide into the slots and let you attach anything anywhere.  In my setup, the center beam has a solar panel attached to each side of the beam.
I ran the wire beneath the plastic trim to hide it and routed it beneath the trailer to the front tub which houses the batter and solar controller.
The set up is so solid that I can rock the trailer back and forth.

Now if there is a problem I can just replace the solar panel

Very smart!  Just beware of hail!  Should outlast flexible panels.
