Need new lock cylinder in '22 tab 400

At our most recent outing the door locked us out, locksmith had to drill out cylinder. I called our dealer he called nucamp and said it would take about two weeks and then he told me to call nucamp and they may just send me the replacement, so far I have left messages at nucamp for two days without hearing back, any suggestions- I just want the cylinder so I can replace it.
