Excellent condition, gently used since purchased. All equipment (AC, Alde recirculating heat/water heater, water pump, etc) works great - no issues with any of the features. Trailer is very easy to tow with a small SUV or pickup, and the 15 ft compact size makes it great for smaller campsites with length restrictions. Dinette converts to queen size bed to sleep two adults comfortably. Also has the Outback (now called the Boondock) package with portable solar (so you can park in the shade and still recharge), propane tank and sealed AGM 12V battery. Great for dispersed camping or use with RV hookups for all the amenities of home. Includes all electrical cords, hoses, hitch/wheel locks, new storage cover, and lots of extras/misc tools.
