Roof solar advice sought

Brought the tab 400 home from storage  to perform maintenance (re-caulking of portal windows)
I notice this cover is cracked. Would love help identifying the part so I can replace it. 

Also appears the solar is starting to delaminate. Should I pull off this later or start to search for a new panel?y

Here's a source for the cover that I've used.  Apply with 3M VHB double sided tape and seal with RV caulk.  Self leveling probably won't work with that slope.

I would contact NuCamp Customer Support on the peeling.  Some you can peel off the plastic, some you shouldn't.
