I’m not sure why you named this thread ‘solar upgrade’. However, in answer to your question, the 10/2 wire coming from the shore power plug gets connected into the Victron and then you will need 10/2 wire to connect from the Victron into the distribution panel.

Don't even think about using the 14/2 wire to power the Multiplus. Running the microwave or AC would likely overheat the wire and potentially cause a fire. Your wire from the shore power input to the WYCO convert should be 10/2 (30 amp). You will need to find a way to extend that wire to the Multiplus or run a new 10/2 wire.
FYI the price of 10/2 at Lowes and Home Depot is insane. Best to buy it by the foot at an electrical supply place. I bought 25' yesterday at $1 per foot for my inverter upgrade on our AVIA.
