‘24 T@b 400 not charging

I’ve got 2 BattleBorn lithiums and good sunlight. Running the Victron app, but can’t figure out why my battery is at 59% after charging back up on shore power. Not running my Alde right now. Here’s a couple of screenshots, maybe someone who knows solar can help! Thank you!!

The last full charge show as nearly 3 days ago. Shunt says you have consumed 93.5A. 57% of  the 200Ah I am assuming you have for total capacity is not too awful far from 93.5A used. am I missing something?

I don't see any charging happening. Do you have a screenshot of the solar controller?

Seeing a minimum voltage of 5.27V makes me wonder what's up with that.

Did you have it plugged into shore power when you took those screenshots? Was it daytime or nighttime? Was the camper in full sun? The SmartShunt shows very little net positive inflow (0.97A) into the battery.
When you say "charging back up on shore power" what exactly do you mean? How long did you have it plugged into shore power and what was the SOC (state of charge) when you plugged it in? When you plugged it in did you look at the SmartShunt to see if the converter is feeding power to the battery?
If you want help with the solar you'll need to post some screenshots from the solar controller section of the Victron app.
I'm going to confess that I'm not super familiar with the latest T@B 400 setup, but it seems like a lot of people have run into trouble by leaving the inverter on. The inverter constantly draws power from the battery, even when you don't have items using the 110 power.

Your solar panels aren't generating any electricity and the solar controller isn't sending any power from the panels to the battery.

I don't understand why it shows "Off" as the State. At this battery level, it should say "Bulk." Did you take this screenshot at nighttime?

If not at night, you need to figure out why there's no power from the panels to the controller. Check for loose wiring. Crossed wiring, etc.

The next screen we need to see for the Victron is the setup page. If the solar is not set up properly to charge a lithium battery, the controller may be looking at the "13.05" voltage and has decided the charging is perfectly fine for a lead acid battery. So, lets have a look at the settings.
You also don't say what year the trailer is.  Are these batteries the original install or did you install them yourself?

@tabranger you want to  change some of your settings. The only thing I don't know is the max charge of your solar controller as your stock panel is bigger than mine. Did nuCamp upgrade the controllers they've been using? If not, your max current should be 15A. My controller is located behind the drawer under the fridge, but yours may be in the Alde compartment, see what model it is. Attached is a screenshot of my settings page. (I've had help from Battle Born for these settings). Do you happen to have a Smart Shunt installed?

dsfdog, I worked with Jessie at BattleBorn yesterday to get the settings to where they’re at. Smart Shunt is installed. Solar controller in Alde compartment. I brought the trailer to Idaho Falls, where my local (2 hours away) Nu Camp dealer is.

They are going to work on it and see what it could be.

It turned out it was a defective solar panel. It was covered under warranty. However, still having issues.
