Winterizing T@B CS 2013 / Atwood Water Heater

I have found some info on this forum on winterizing, but still haven't found an answer to how to drain the Atwood water heater. I even brought it to a RV shop and they couldn't figure it out. In the instructions, it says "remove the anode rod from the hot water tank and replace it with a 3/4 in drain plug". Where is the anode rod? How do you remove it?
Also, a separate issue I am having with the heater is that it has stopped heating water. Does this mean that the element is burnt out? How do you replace this?
Thanks for any suggestions!

On further inspection, the water heater I have installed is a Branford White 2 gallon actually. This model doesn't have a drain valve. Any idea how to winterize? Does anyone else have this heater in their T@B?0

I was told by the factory to put 3 gallons of rv antifreeze in the water tank and flush it through the hot water heater using the water pump. Worked for 2 winters in Wisconsin.Rick, Milwaukee WI.
