Slat Bed Problem Solved

We were tired of the sagging between the bed slats in our 320CSS. So I cut three pieces of 1/4" plywood, two that are just smaller than the bench cushions, and a third piece that fits in the wheel well storage on the door side. When the bed is broken down the two pieces fit under the cushions. Because they are just 1/4" they do not create an uneven sit on the benches. The third piece is in the wheel well storage. Even though the wood is only 1/4" thick, it covers the open space between the slats and provides a firmer platform and better night's sleep.

I haven't noticed any sagging when the bed is fully deployed, but the slats do run the wrong way for sleeping wheel to wheel. I can imagine how those 1/4" thick pieces help distribute weight better.2019 Tab 320 CSS, 2019 Ranger TV, OH
