Alde heater leak question

The Alde has been pretty solid in my 2014 T@B but after arriving at my campsite this last weekend, I noticed liquid in the rear passenger compartment next to the door. I don't see any leakage in the tubing , but the aluminum radiator seems to be leaking. I don't see where else it would be coming from. I also can't tell where the leak is coming from in the radiator exactly. Some pictures enclosed. Does anyone else have experience with this? It doesn't look one bit corroded?

    Liquid? Water or glycol?

    Was it glycol or water?  The wheel wells have been known to leak.

    water/glycol...definitely wasn't the wheel wells...glycol reservoir is drained
