TV mount jammed?

Just purchased used 2018 Tab 400.  Have some things that needs adjustments or fixing.  Is there a latch or something that needs to be released to pull the articulating TV mount open?  The TV is so close to the wall can't see behind the TV.  The TV is at the foot of the bed.

    If your mounting bracket is like the one in our 2022 400 BD, there is a lever behind the top of the TV.  It is a little to the right of the center of the TV and you push the lever to the right to release the hinges.

    On our 2019 it's up and to the right.  Almost broke the bracket initially pushing down on the lever.

    I fixed the issue.  Just a follow up in case anyone ever has this issue.  On my TV mount there is a little post that snaps into a lever thing that has a thick piece of black ribbon material attached to it which hangs down on the shelf under the TV.  You have to pull on the ribbon to release the little lever then the TV mount will move around.  It is impossible to see the little lever if it is closed.  I accidentally ran across the answer while googling about the issue.  Totally random that I found a reference to the answer.  I think I'm going to get another TV strap & secure the TV that way & take off the cheap thin metal lever that will surely break off at some point.

    Here's a picture of the "latch" in a 2021 400 BD. Just pull lightly to the right.
