Floor Buckling in kitchen area

Our 2015 T@B 320 CS-S (clamshell) trailer has the linoleum floor buckling. There are no dark spots but it does feel a bit spongy. This is between the bottom kitchen cupboards and the rear of the trailer. Could this be a result of leaking thru the floor? I sent this to NUCamp and they stated that it does not appear to be a structural issue and just to replace the linoleum. Has anyone else had this similar problem? If so what was the fix? Thanks in advance for your comments.

Is the linoleum losing adhesion to the subfloor? I have a post somewhere here that shows how I’ve been handling this. While it’s not difficult to fix it’s become an annoyance to continually have to do this as parts of our floor bubble up due to the horrible adhesive they used.

Edit: Here’s the post I created showing how I’d dealt with it. So far it’s been working. I probably have 10+ areas I’ve had to do this to. You may see small pinholes where the needle had to be used but otherwise it looks great so far: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/14097/fix-delaminating-floor-covering#latest

Does it extend to the floor of the cabinet where all the plumbing is located?  IIRC the 2015 does not have the underside covered.  What can you see from below?

No it's not under the cupboards where the plumbing is located

Instead of just regluing, for peace of mind, I would cut out the old vinyl and replace.  Get a good look at what is under there.  It’s not like you are standing in that area, so any sponginess (due to a foam block shifting or altered underpayment) should not matter.  Can you see anything from underneath?

Thanks Sharon. I'll take a better look when I'm back at my trailer in a month
