@LouiseL. Could it be propane from the stove (just above the fridge)? I had an issue earlier this year. There was a bad smell near the fridge every time I entered my camper (2021, 320S). I thought it was some form of sewer gas or stagnant water....as it didn't smell like propane to me. I searched everywhere and finally found a very small propane leak on the supply manifold to the stove (using a solution of soap and water). The leak was at the orange gasket between the propane supply manifold and the 'saddle mount' on the stove (yellow arrow below). It was barely detectable but, with the camper closed up, enough propane would leak out to create that sewer gas smell. I repaired the leak and haven't had an issue since.
Someone said to clean fridge with Clorox wipes and place open box of baking soda in fridge. i did this and it’s been fine since. it confuses me because there were no spills or rotten food in the fridge- my only assumption so far is open food (like hard cheese) not sealed tight enough to prevent odsr from taking over.
